No matter how your heart or body parts function, if you do not dress up well or look good to yourself; you may not be complete. Likewise, software also needs to feel good and its users need to see the software as appealing to them. Even though the software has crazy features which may be better than the features of your competitors, it may still be disliked by your users if it lacks usability. Many software testing companies do not take this seriously, but we insist that you take a stand and get the usability tests done for your software. Be the king and queen of usability testing.
