What is Interaction Design? As per Dan Saffer, Author of Designing for Interactions, Interaction design is the art of facilitating interactions between humans through products and services. The goal of interaction design is to facilitate interactions between humans. It's about making connections between people through these products, not connecting to the product itself Examples of good interaction design: 1. Withdrawing cash at an ATM 2. Playing a game 3. Sharing an update on Facebook According to Dan, there are four approaches as listed below: 1. User-Centered Design Activity-Centered Design 3. System Design 4.
